No smoking and no pets.

Summer rates:
$80 per night plus $50 cleaning fee (2 nights minimum).
Holiday Rates: $110 per night plus $50 cleaning fee (3 nights minimum).

Winter rates:
$1,300 per month with all utilities paid. three month minimum.
